Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Policy

At Pristine Services and Consultancy, we strive to provide excellent recruitment and consultancy services. However, we understand that situations may arise where refunds are necessary. Our refund policy is as follows:

1.1. Refund Eligibility:

1.1.1. Job Posting Services: Refunds for job posting services will be considered on a case-by-case basis. We may issue refunds if, for any reason, your job posting cannot be published or is removed due to a violation of our terms and conditions.

1.1.2. Recruitment Services: In case the selected candidate resigns from “Client (Hiring Company)” before completing Ninety (90) Days from his/her date of joining, then Pristine Services And Consultancy will stand liable to provide replacement for such candidate/candidate’s at no additional cost to Client or refund the entire recruitment fees paid by “Client” for the said candidate.

1.1.3. Consultancy Services: Consultancy service fees are non-refundable once the service has commenced, as we invest time and resources into providing personalized advice and guidance. If you cancel a consultancy service before it begins, a partial refund may be issued, subject to review.

1.2. Refund Request Procedure:

1.2.1. To request a refund, you must contact us in writing, providing detailed information about the reason for the refund request. Refund requests should be sent to support@pristineserv.com

1.2.2. We will review your request and respond within a reasonable timeframe. Our decision regarding refunds is final.

2. Cancellation Policy:

Our cancellation policy outlines the procedures and conditions for cancelling services provided by Pristine Services and Consultancy:

2.1. Job Posting Services:

2.1.1. You may cancel a job posting service at any time by sending an email to support@pristineserv.com

2.1.2. If you cancel a job posting service before the job posting is published, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund, subject to our refund policy.

2.2. Recruitment Services:

2.2.1. Our recruitment services are ongoing until the job placement process is completed. If you wish to cancel our recruitment services, you must send a written notice to us at support@pristineserv.com.

2.2.2. Fees for recruitment services are generally non-refundable. However, any unused portion of the fee may be refunded at our discretion if the cancellation occurs before significant work has been undertaken.

2.3. Consultancy Services:

2.3.1. If you wish to cancel a consultancy service, you must send a written notice to us at support@pristineserv.com

2.3.2. Consultancy service fees are generally non-refundable once the service has commenced. If you cancel before the service begins, a partial refund may be issued, subject to review.
