About the Role

Enabling customers to adopt Oracle Cloud solutions by providing them with professional training and certifications on Oracle.
Working with customers on their learning journey to accelerate the adoption and consumption of Oracle Cloud Technologies by providing curated learning solutions.
Working with Top Universities and Colleges in the region to promote Oracle Cloud Learning and Certification and assist students in being Future technology-ready.
Trusted Consultant- Develop relationships in new and existing customers and leverage them to drive strategy through the organization.
Sales Strategies- Develop effective and specific account plans for accounts to ensure revenue target delivery and sustainable growth
Pipeline planning- Follow a disciplined approach to maintaining a rolling pipeline. Keep the pipeline current and move up the pipeline curve
Customer insights- Actively understand each customer's Oracle Cloud/ SaaS footprint, strategic growth plans, and Cloud/ SaaS strategy landscape.
Leverage Oracle solutions - Be proficient in Oracle Technology solutions and should be able to make use of cross-LOB engagements to ensure Oracle customers get the best of solutions and service.
Work closely with the Operations/delivery team and ensure delivery of the programs on time and effectively.

Requirements

10+ years

Exposure to business in India region.

Preferably Post Graduate with Marketing / Business management, 8+ years of experience in sales of complex Enterprise Technology products, Cloud or Education sales.

Demonstrated success with large accounts, large transactions, and lengthy sales cycles in a fast-paced, consultative and competitive market.

Established expertise in generating leads and CXO-level connects.

Business level fluency in English language; Regional language will be an advantage.
